Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of MAKE BABIES! (the “Service”). By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Licence

The Operator gives you a personal, limited, revocable licence to use the Service for fun and not for commercial purposes.

2. Creatures and berries have no value

Creatures, berries and everything else in the game are part of the Service, not your property, and have no money value. They cannot be sold or exchanged for anything outside the game. The Operator may change, rebalance or remove them at any time.

3. Play fair

You agree not to:

• use scripts, automation or anything other than normal play;
• exploit bugs, or keep quiet about one you found;
• run extra accounts to gain an advantage, or trade between accounts you control;
• sell or buy accounts, creatures or berries for real money;
• overload, disrupt or try to break into the Service;
• harass other players or break Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. Enforcement

The Operator may suspend, reset or delete any account or data, or remove access to the Service, at its own discretion and without notice.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may be interrupted, change or end at any time, and data may be lost.

6. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, the Operator is not liable for any loss of data, creatures, progress or anything else arising from your use of the Service. You use it at your own risk.

7. Pictures

Creature portraits are generated for the game. The cards, pictures and code of the Service belong to the Operator. MAKE BABIES! is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.

8. Changes

The Operator may change the Service and these terms at any time. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Operator’s place of residence, and its courts decide any dispute.
