Privacy Policy
This policy explains what MAKE BABIES! (the “Service”, a Discord bot and this website, run by an individual, the “Operator”) stores and why. By using the Service you agree to it.
1. What we store
- Your Discord user ID, and when the bot draws you into a picture (a trade offer, a kiss or love scene) your display name and avatar. Avatars are downloaded for that picture and kept for at most a day.
- Your game: your creatures and their families, berries, trades, kiss and love requests, the language you picked, the language Discord reports for you and when we last reminded you to feed them.
- Server data: the server ID, the drop channel an admin picked, the server’s language setting and its game state (the fire, drops).
- Activity: for each message in a server, who sent it and when, kept for about half an hour to measure how lively the server is. Never what it says.
The bot does not have Discord’s Message Content permission and never sees what you write. We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, payment details or IP addresses tied to you. This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
2. How we use it
Only to run the game: to keep your creatures and progress, show cards and pictures, decide drops, send you feeding reminders by DM and stop abuse. Not for advertising or profiling.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. Creature portraits are drawn by an image service (Runware) from a text description of the creature’s genes, which contains no personal data. Game posts appear in your server like any other bot message.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on a server controlled by the Operator in the European Union. We take reasonable care, but no system is perfectly secure.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is kept while you play. You can ask for your data to be deleted by contacting the Operator through the Discord server where the bot is used. We may also delete data at any time, including when the Service ends.
6. Children
The Service is not meant for anyone below the minimum age in Discord’s Terms of Service for their country.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new version.
